We ship our products PAN India. However, some products may not be available for shipping to certain locations due to legal restrictions or logistic limitations. Please check the product page or contact our customer service team for more information.

We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and overnight delivery options. The estimated delivery timeframe will depend on the shipping method you choose, the destination address, and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product(s), the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.


Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

We do not accept any returns once the products are sold. 


We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for any item that is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization number. Exchanges without a valid exchange authorization number will not be accepted. Once we receive the exchanged item and confirm that it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will ship the replacement item.
